Weekend Cabin Trip Leader Responsibilities
Serve as weekend coordinator: prior to the weekend, communicate with cabin members and assign beds, help facilitate carpooling, ensure cabin is clean/in good condition when you leave
Buy food for the weekend, based on a $13 per person budget. This includes breakfast food for Saturday and Sunday, and Saturday night's dinner
Plan and prepare Saturday night's dinner: this is a group effort. Other cabin members will help you!
A trip leader pays in full for his/her reservation and then receives reimbursement for the discount (and food/supplies purchased).
