Yes, you CAN organize and lead an Ski Club event. In fact,
we encourage you to do this! It's only 3 easy steps:
|
1. Think of an event that you would like to attend and that you would like other Club members to join.
For
example, you may want to go to a jazz concert and think your
ski-club friends would enjoy it too. Or, you may love to cook and share
food, so you can organize a club potluck. To find activities, head to
our San Francisco
and Bay Area Activities page. There you'll find event
calendars, movies, live music, performing arts, museums and many upcoming
events.

2. Contact our Activities Director,
Judy, by e-mailing judyshulman@hotmail.com
the proposed specifics (along with your phone number and an e-mail
address). Try to give as much advance notice as possible, since we
need time to get the activity approved and then advertised.

3. Send our Activities
Director the announcement
(once the event is approved) as you would like it to read for your event.
Include the time, date,
gathering place, parking/carpooling info, cost, contact information, what
to bring, whether guests are allowed, any deadline to sign up, etc.
